Users agree to use Lumaa responsibly and solely for non-commercial personal enrichment, learning, and inspiration. You agree not to attempt to disrupt application operations, reverse-engineer core services, or execute automated data scraping at disruptive rates.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All proprietary application branding, user interface designs, literary arrangements, and curated collections hosted within Lumaa are protected assets belonging to Lumaa and lead author Demba Kah. Third-party creative assets (such as open library records and public photography collections) remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
Service Availability & Disclaimer
Lumaa is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service across all interactive views, voice playback engines, and media tools, Lumaa makes no warranties regarding continuous uninterrupted access.
Updates & Modifications
Lumaa reserves the right to modify or refine these terms as the application expands. Continued engagement with the app following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
